My recent stay at Long Beach Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, exceeded all my expectations, solidifying its place as one of the best hotels I've experienced in the Middle East. the attention to detail and personalized service extended even further with the provision of a less crowded breakfast area at the Podium Restaurant, ensuring a peaceful start to the day. the all-inclusive package truly stood out, with an array of dining options that catered to every palate, including unexpected treats like pizzas, burgers, and ice cream readily available at the bars. the dedication of the staff, notably Mr Tharwat, Mr Ahmad, Mr Nagy, and Mr Sam, ensured that our days were filled with fun activities, from zumba and yoga classes to mesmerizing evening shows. One of the highlights was the snorkeling trip, where we explored coral reefs and encountered stunning marine life, culminating in a visit to Paradise Island that left an indelible mark on us. The impeccable service extended beyond recreational activities to the efficient check-in process, where room changes were facilitated seamlessly by accommodating staff like Ahmed, Abdelmegid, and Mohamed. the facilities, including the pools and aqua park, provided endless entertainment, while the pristine beach area offered a serene retreat. the thoughtfulness of the team, exemplified by Guest Relations Managers Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Rashwan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, truly set Long Beach Resort apart. I highly recommend this exceptional resort to anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service in the heart of Hurghada.
